Geocities was released in 1994. Until its death in 2009 it hasn’t changed much. This is how the blog would have looked like on GeoCities.

Geocities is still available in Japan. As far as I know, Japan is pretty advanced when it comes to technology, so why keep it there. Why not give it to the africans?
