Google Translate speaks Romanian

Posted on 11 May 2010 at 20:21 in divers|Jump To Comments

Google has rolled out today voice for more languages, one of them being Romanian. The whole thing sounds like they used Microsoft Sam as the voice.

The best text-to-speech software I know of is ivona. They have very good implementation even in Romanian.

Google should consider using ivona, at least for the languages they are offering.
