   driving on tram rails is not always forbidden. it is forbidden in this particular case but anyway, they’re cops. if you were them, you would do the same :p
   how do you know they wee just passing by?

     I know it’s not always forbidden .And I know they were just passing by because my friend had a reason to be pissed of at them

   We also know that police cars in a mission or pursuit or whatever…are allowed by law to drive anywhere they want or they need :D ahhh it’s good to have a driver’s licence

       The community police is even worse than the the poor rural police
